The Bellator cage lands in Paris for a historic event as the promotion has the honor of hosting the first major MMA event to be held in France following legalization of the sport.
The dual-card event features two headline fights, with French heavyweight Cheick Kongo taking center stage in the main event of Bellator Europe 10 against American Timothy Johnson, while England’s Michael Page will meet undefeated former Cage Warriors welterweight champion Ross Houston in the 175-pound catchweight main event of Bellator 248.
The remainder of the fight card is packed with members of Bellator’s burgeoning European roster, including rising Swedish welterweight Oliver Enkamp, former winner of “The Ultimate Fighter” Saul Rogers and spectacular Dutch-Moroccan striker Ilias Bulaid.
Bellator 248 takes place Saturday at Accor Arena in Paris. The four-fight card airs on CBS Sports Network and streams on DAZN.
Bellator Europe 10 takes place the same night from the same venue. The main card streams live on MMA Junkie following prelims card on MMA Junkie and DAZN.
