Bellator MMA has added a pair of fights to their Oct. 29 event.

Promotion officials confirmed to MMA Fighting that a 150-pound catchweight bout between Adam Borics and Erick Sanchez will take place at Bellator 250 at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn.

In addition, multiple people close to the situation confirmed that a bantamweight matchup between promotional newcomer Jared Scoggins and Toby Misech has been added to the card.

KHON was first to report the 135-pound bout between Scoggins and Misech.

After his first pro loss to Darrion Caldwell in the featherweight grand prix at Bellator 238 in January, Borics bounced back with a split decision win over Mike Hamel at August’s Bellator 243 event. “The Kid” is 5-1 in the Bellator cage, which includes second-round finishes of Aaron Pico and Pat Curran.

Sanchez returns to the Bellator cage for the first time in nearly five years. The Team Alpha Male product is looking to bounce back from a unanimous decision loss to Jose Luis Verdugo at Combate Americas 42 in August 2019.

A former CFFC champion, Scoggins recently signed a multi-fight deal with Bellator and has won his last five fights. Misech aims to build upon the momentum of his stunning knockout win over Erik Perez in under a minute at December’s Bellator 235 event.

Bellator 250 will be headlined by a vacant middleweight title fight between 170-pound champion Douglas Lima and former champion Gegard Mousasi.
