Battle of unbeatens: Bellator 252 adds Yaroslav Amosov vs. Logan Storley to lineup

UNCASVILLE, Conn. – Two of Bellator’s unbeaten welterweights will put their undefeated records on the line on Nov. 12.

At Bellator 252, Ukraine’s Yaroslav Amosov and the United States’ Logan Storley will square off in a welterweight fight at Mohegan Sun Arena, a promotion official confirmed to MMA Junkie on Monday. Both fighters had previously mentioned the fight via social media.

Amosov (24-0 MMA, 5-0 BMMA) has defeated Mark Lemminger, Ed Ruth, David Rickels, Erick Silva, and Gerald Harris thus far in his Bellator career. Over the course of his 24 pro bouts, Amosov has accumulated 19 finishes comprised of 10 submissions and nine TKOs.

Storley (11-0 MMA, 6-0 BMMA) has not competed since Bellator 233 in November 2019 when he defeated E.J. Brooks via TKO due to an arm injury. A former NCAA Division 1 All American wrestler at the University of Minnesota, Storley has shown he has finishing abilities, ending eight of 11 pro fights by TKO.

Bellator 252’s main card will air on CBS Sports Network after prelims on MMA Junkie.

With the addition, the Bellator 252 lineup includes:

  • Patricio Freire vs. Pedro Carvalho – for the Bellator featherweight title, grand prix quarterfinal bout
  • Emmanuel Sanchez vs. Daniel Weichel – grand prix quarterfinal bout
  • John de Jesus vs. Aaron Pico
  • Yaroslav Amosov vs. Logan Storley
  • Pat Casey vs. Roman Faraldo
