Khonry Gracie was just beginning to find his footing and employ his family’s techniques to control Trevor Gudde. Then he got caught, and it was all over at Bellator 252.
Gudde extended a knee as Gracie shot in for a takedown in the third round and clipped the chin, setting up a third-round TKO that sent Gracie back to the drawing board after a pair of wins in the Bellator cage.

Gudde managed to stay upright in the first and used the clinch to hold off Gracie in the first frame. When the two locked up in the second, he wasn’t so lucky, and Gracie sat on him against the fence before time expired.
It wasn’t long before the two clinched up again, and Gudde managed to hold position. But after a break, he snuck in the knee that set up the finish for his second straight win.
Gracie is now 2-2 as a professional in the Bellator cage.
