Going into the boxing match between Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and Anderson Silva, fight fans had absolutely no idea what to expect.
After all, Chavez Jr., a multiple-time boxing champion, was carrying almost 60 professional fights into the match while Silva, a former UFC champion, had not boxed professionally since 2005.
But after eight rounds of action, it was Silva who stunned the crowd with the split-decision victory.
