ONE lightweight champion Christian Lee is used to being underestimated, but he’s happy to silence the doubters every time he steps into the cage.
Lee (13-3) puts his ONE lightweight title on the line against undefeated Romanian challenger Iuri Lapicus in the co-main event of “ONE Championship 118: Inside the Matrix,” and the Hawaiian champion said he’s ready to drag noted first-round finisher Lapicus into deeper waters and finish him to retain his title.
Ahead of his title fight, 22-year-old Lee chatted to MMA Junkie Radio to talk about dealing with those who doubt him because of his age, shares his thoughts ahead of his title fight with Lapicus and reveals that his martial arts family is set to unleash even more stars onto the big stage to join him and his sister, ONE atomweight champion Angela Lee.
