Tyron Woodley’s mother once again showed she’s the best by embracing Jake Paul’s mom

Whatever beef there is now and will be between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley leading up to their boxing match, the same can’t be said for their mothers. It’s all love between them.

On Thursday, Paul and Woodley held a fiery faceoff for the first time inside of a Miami gym to promote their Aug. 28 bout. There was no shortage of trash talk as the YouTube star and former UFC welterweight champion spent four minutes jawing away at each other. It’s a little bit of a wonder they didn’t come to blows.

Outside, though, was a different story. Paul’s mother, Pam Stepnick, and Woodley’s mother, Deborah Woodley, met for the first time, spoke cordially to each other, and even shared a warm hug.

Seeing the comments around social media, it didn’t take long for the MMA community to remember how much of a class act Woodley’s mother is. At UFC 228, after Woodley finished Darren Till to retain his title, Woodley’s mother was there to console Till with words of encouragement backstage. It was about as wholesome of a moment as you’ll ever see in MMA.

Thing is, Woodley’s mother isn’t like that only when her son is victorious. After he lost his title to Kamaru Usman at UFC 235, she hugged Usman and brought him to tears as she let him know it was OK he’d beaten her son.

When he saw Woodley’s mother hugging Paul’s mom on Thursday, Till actually shared a wonderful suggestion on social media (via Twitter).

Petition for Tyron Woodley’s mum to be inducted into the
@ufc Hall of Fame,
Just seen a photo of her hugging Jake Paul’s mum & I swear she is the kindest person.
A nice tweet from me for once but well worth it.😊

Now, how can we argue with that? Mama Woodley for the win!
