Two UFC fights, and two UFC finishes in the books for up and coming French flyweight Manon Fiorot.
The 31-year-old Fiorot used her massive size and reach advantage—along with a composed approach—in lieu of a second-round standing TKO finish of short notice opponent Tabatha Ricci at UFC Vegas 28. Ricci proved to be tough and durable up until referee Herb Dean waved it off, but it was Fiorot’s night once again.

“The Beast” landed 84 significant strikes in the eight minutes of action, including a stunning 53 of them in the final three minutes of the fight. Ricci did all she could to fire back in the second round, but Fiorot came in with a flurry and dropped her with a big right hand which set up the final barrage.
Ricci, who is typically a strawweight, took the fight on less than a week’s notice as she replaced Maryna Moroz who was forced to withdraw.
