With six heavyweights set to compete Saturday, there was plenty of weight on the scale at the official weigh-ins but no fighters were over the limit.
All 28 fighters weighing in Friday morning for this weekend’s UFC Vegas 28 card successfully made weight, including heavyweight headliners Jairzinho Rozenstruik (254) and Augusto Sakai (255.5). Co-main event bigs Walt Harris (264) and Marcin Tybura (251) also made their fight official.
Only one fighter had to undress and be covered by a box, flyweight Montana De La Rosa, though she successfully hit 126 pounds for her featured preliminary bout against Ariane Lipski (124.5).
Also of note, longtime lightweight veteran Francisco Trinaldo weighed in for the first time as a UFC welterweight. He hit the mark at 169.5 pounds.
