The veteran right-hander went on the COVID IL yesterday as a precautionary measure after experiencing virus-like symptoms. McHugh tested negative for COVID-19 in follow-up testing last night. He’s pitched to a very strong 2.70 ERA/2.39 SIERA over 23 1/3 innings this season.
