Israel Adesanya and Deiveson Figueiredo are primed for their rematches.

Both champions successfully made weight at Friday’s official weigh-ins for UFC 263, which takes place Saturday at Gila River Arena in Glendale, Ariz. Adesanya came in at 183.5 pounds for his middleweight championship defense against Marvin Vettori. This is a rematch of their UFC on FOX 29 encounter in April 2018 that Adesanya won by split decision.

In the co-main event, Figueiredo weighed in at 125 pounds for his flyweight championship rematch with Brandon Moreno. The two fought to a majority draw at UFC 256 this past December.

Vettori and Moreno weighed in at 184.5 pounds and 125 pounds for their respective bouts.

Figueiredo’s weigh-in was not without drama as he was the last fighter to hit the scales, arriving in the final minute of the designated weigh-in window. With the help of a concealing box, Figueiredo stripped down and successfully made championship weight.

Of the 28 fighters competing on Saturday’s card, there was one miss, featherweight Steven Peterson. He weighed in at 148.5 pounds for his bout with Chase Hooper, 2.5 pounds over the limit. The bout will proceed at a catchweight with Peterson forfeiting 20 percent of his purse to Hooper.
