The first marquee UFC event of 2022 arrives Saturday with UFC 270, which takes place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., with a main card that airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and ESPN+.
A compelling championship doubleheader takes center stage. In the main event, former teammates and training partners will determine undisputed heavyweight champion status as Francis Ngannou (16-3 MMA, 11-2 UFC) and Ciryl Gane (10-0 MMA, 7-0 UFC) are set to unify their belts.
The co-headliner, meanwhile, will see flyweight gold up for grabs. Champion Brandon Moreno (19-5-2 MMA, 7-2-2 UFC) meets former champ Deiveson Figueiredo (20-2-1 MMA, 9-2-1 UFC) in what will be their third matchup in 406 days, marking the quickest trilogy in UFC history.
