Following another stint on Fight Island, the UFC will return to Las Vegas for a total of eight cards between Halloween and Nov. 28 including the return of Dana White’s Contender Series.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission officially approved all of the events during a meeting on Wednesday.
After UFC 254 wraps up in Abu Dhabi on Oct. 24, the promotion will head back to the UFC APEX for the upcoming card headlined by former middleweight champion Anderson Silva against Uriah Hall on Oct. 31.
Then on Nov. 4, Dana White’s Contender Series will return with five more fights featuring up and coming talent looking to earn UFC contracts. There will be two more Contender Series cards on Nov. 10 and Nov. 17, which will serve as the season finale.
The next UFC Fight Night card will then take place on Nov. 7 with light heavyweights Thiago Santos and Glover Teixeira expected to headline the show, although the promotion hasn’t officially announced that matchup yet.
Another UFC Fight Night card will take place in Las Vegas on Nov. 14 but no main event has been confirmed for that card.
UFC 255 will go down on Saturday night, Nov. 21 from Las Vegas followed by the final UFC Fight Night card of the month on Nov. 28.
A pair of flyweight title fights are expected to headline UFC 255 as Valentina Shevchenko takes on Jennifer Maia while Deiveson Figueiredo will face off with Alex Perez.
While the UFC has only officially confirmed cards for Las Vegas through Nov. 28, the promotion is not expected to return to Abu Dhabi until 2021.
