Ashley Yoder has been a part of the UFC for most of the past seven years, but has returned to reality television — although this time, she wasn’t thrilled with the experience.

Yoder, an 11-fight UFC veteran and former cast member on The Ultimate Fighter revealed she was a contestant on the new season of Squid Game — based on the smash hit South Korean drama of the same name — on Netflix. The show casts hundreds of contestants to compete in a series of challenges for the chance to win a cash prize.

While the 36-year-old did enjoy some of the things that came along with the opportunity, there was a lot she didn’t, as she revealed on Instagram.

“Yes, I was on Squid Game: The Challenge.. I was player 332,” Yoder said. “After weeks of interviews and anticipation, it wasn’t until after I stepped foot into the UK hotel they kept us in [that] I knew something was off. This whole show was pre determined and they treated the majority of the cast really bad.

“I am one of many but if I was asked to do it again, I would absolutely say NO. I did make a lot of new friends and most grateful for that.”

Yoder has lost three straight, and is 3-8 in her UFC run that began in December 2016. In her most recent outing, “Spider Monkey” returned from a lengthy layoff to lose a decision to Emily Ducote at UFC Vegas 81 in October.
