LAS VEGAS — From the day she joined the UFC roster, Mackenzie Dern heard all sorts of comparisons about her potential including that she was going to become ‘the next Ronda Rousey.’ After suffering the first loss of her career and then bouncing back with three consecutive wins in 2020, Dern addressed the expectations put on her shoulders after coming to the UFC as well as creating her own legacy out from the shadow of anyone who came before her.
