If Conor McGregor does end up standing across a ring from Jake Paul, oddsmakers expect it to be an easy time for the UFC star.
Betting site MyBookie has posted odds for a hypothetical boxing bout between McGregor and Paul with McGregor coming in as a hefty -400 favorite. Paul called McGregor out after scoring a knockout of former NBA player Nate Robinson from the recent Mike Tyson-Roy Jones Jr. card that went viral.
He doubled down on that challenge Monday with a colorful tirade directed at McGregor and UFC President Dana White.
McGregor has yet to acknowledge Paul’s challenge, but Paul made more headlines on Tuesday when he shared a video of himself ambushing Bellator fighter and longtime McGregor ally Dillon Danis.
MyBookie also lists odds for a McGregor-Paul fight happening in 2021 with “no” currently being a firm -250 favorite, as well as odds for whether either man will score a knockdown in a fight.
