The MMA community has long called for finish bonuses in the UFC.

UFC Austin was apparently a violent enough night to warrant them.

UFC president Dana White announced Saturday night at the event’s post-fight press conference that all nine fighters who secured stoppage wins at UFC Austin cashed $50,000 post-fight bonuses, as did Fight of the Night recipient Ihor Potieria, who lost a wild back-and-forth brawl to Rodolfo Bellato on the preliminary card. In total, 10 athletes earned a combined $500,000 in post-fight bonuses at UFC Austin, per White.

Those bonus winners were Arman Tsarukyan, Jalin Turner, Sean Brady, Dustin Stoltzfus, Miesha Tate, Cody Brundage, Drakkar Klose, Jared Gooden, Bellato, and Potieria.

Notable among those winners were Tsarukyan, who knocked out Beneil Dariush with a highlight-reel sequence in just 64 seconds in Saturday’s main event, as well as Brundage and Klose, who became the first fighters in UFC history to secure multiple slam knockouts on the same card. Even wilder, Brundage and Klose did so in back-to-back fights.

UFC Austin took place Dec. 2 at the Moody Center.
